What You’ll Do

As a Ground Service Crew member, you'll be the friendly face of Maison Garden - serving food and beverages to our guests with warmth and efficiency, while attending to their needs to create a delightful dining experience.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests at their tables

• Engage customers with warm, professional, and attentive service

• Handle customer requests and feedback with a positive attitude

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across service areas

• Set up and clear tables efficiently; support table turns and guest flow

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations

• Support opening and closing routines of the café floor

• Operate the POS system; assist in opening/closing of POS when required

• Be familiar with the menu to assist with recommendations and basic questions

• Follow SOPs and café protocols diligently, especially in hygiene and food safety

Who You Are

• Singapore Citizen / PR / LTVP+

• Experience in F&B service preferred but not required - training will be provided

• Friendly, responsible, and a natural team player

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Physically fit to be on your feet for long hours

• Takes pride in appearance and cleanliness; always neat and presentable

• Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, creative café environment
