The Opportunity

We are recruiting Certified Business+AI Consultants to join our growing national network. You will be trained, certified, and equipped to work directly with SMEs — helping them adopt AI tools and strategies that improve operations, reduce costs, and drive growth.

This role is ideal for:

• Experienced consultants looking to add AI to their practice
• PMETs in career transition seeking a future-ready profession
• Sales, operations, or project management professionals who want to pivot into AI consulting
• Young professionals and graduates eager to build expertise in AI-driven business transformation

No prior AI experience is required. We provide the training and certification. What we need is your drive, business sense, and commitment to helping SMEs succeed.

What You Will Do

• Assess SME operations and identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption
• Recommend and configure AI tools and workflows tailored to each client's industry, size, and readiness level
• Implement AI-as-a-Service solutions hands-on, ensuring clients can sustain the transformation independently
• Train business owners and their teams on AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
• Provide ongoing consulting on AI strategy, helping clients scale successful initiatives
• Ensure all recommendations align with ESG principles and responsible AI practices
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, forums, and community skill-building initiatives to support displaced professionals and fellow consultants

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

• Background in sales, consulting, project management, operations, training, or any client-facing professional role
• Career switchers are welcome — we provide comprehensive AI training
• Relevant experience with AI applications in business is a plus but not required

Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down business problems and identify practical solutions
• Excellent communication skills — you explain complex ideas simply and earn trust quickly
• Comfortable working with technology and learning new digital tools

Mindset:

• Self-starter who can manage your own schedule, pipeline, and professional development
• Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Genuine commitment to social impact and supporting SMEs and professionals during economic shifts

Bonus (not required):

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions
• Experience working with Singapore SMEs or in enterprise development programs
• Background in SkillsFuture, WSG, or government-supported upskilling initiatives
