Job Summary

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in risks, compliance, sustainability, and carbon management services. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering presentations to senior management and independently managing revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in risks, compliance, sustainability, and carbon management services
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and client accounts to expand the customer base
• Deliver persuasive presentations to senior management of client companies to secure new business contracts
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Manage and grow business from both existing and new accounts through direct sales efforts
• Take ownership of revenue generation and business development activities, working independently
• Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English during presentations and client interactions to influence decision-making
• Demonstrate self-motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude to consistently achieve sales goals
• Collaborate effectively as a team player while maintaining the ability to work independently

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
• Professional qualifications in Business or Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety)
