Business Project Manager (Restaurant / Hospitality)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage restaurant projects to improve operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Identify new business opportunities, additional revenue streams, and strategies for growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to recommend actionable improvements.
• Prepare reports and updates for management to support strategic decision-making.
• Support implementation of new initiatives such as menu changes, technology upgrades, staff training, and promotions.
