Job Description

Join the ClearSK Medical Aesthetics Group as a Business Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate development and marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of various business projects and initiatives.
• Utilize systematic approaches totrack and analyze performance data and KPIs.
• Collaborate with project PICs to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Contribute to the optimization of business processes and strategies across our locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong grasp of business operations and project management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
• Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong computational ability and interest to ally AI in business.
• Degree in business administration, operations management, Finance or related fields with quantitative science subjects.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; conversational in Chin as there is a need to communication with our counterparts in China.
