Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to support operational, legal, and client-related workstreams across the organisation. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, maintain structured documentation and trackers, and provide visibility into timelines, risks, and costs. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment where precision, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational, legal, and client-related workstreams, including regulatory and licensing matters, corporate documentation, and commercial initiatives

  • Compile, organise, and maintain operational and legal documents, schedules, trackers, and summaries required to support execution

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure inputs, deliverables, and deadlines are met
    Maintain centralised trackers and datasets covering ongoing matters, deadlines, and dependencies, including tracking department-level spending, professional fees, and external service providers

  • Analyse workloads, timelines, bottlenecks, execution risks, and cost variances, and proactively flag issues

  • Identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities and surface insights to support operational and financial decision-making

  • Prepare concise summaries or dashboards to provide visibility into status, risks, and spend

  • Review execution outputs for completeness and quality, flagging delays, missing information, cost overruns, or execution risks

  • Follow up on action items to ensure matters continue progressing toward completion

  • Provide business, analytical, administrative, or operational support on matters assigned by the Head of Operations

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience

  • Business- or operations-oriented background

  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills

  • Comfortable working across business, operations, and legal-adjacent matters

  • Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or regulated environments is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
