About the Role

Our client, a leading international bank, is seeking a highly driven Client Acquisition Manager to expand its Banking business across the North Asia Market. This role focuses on acquiring and onboarding affluent clients while delivering tailored wealth and banking solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank affluent and Priority Banking clients from North Asia Market
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as brokers, introducers, and business networks to generate quality referrals.
• Engage prospective clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable banking and wealth management solutions.
• Promote a comprehensive suite of banking products including deposits, investments, insurance, mortgages, and unsecured lending products.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position the bank's value proposition.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and business conduct standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of banking sales, wealth management, priority banking, or client acquisition experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring affluent, Priority, Premier, or High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
• Strong network within the North Asia Market is highly advantageous.
• Experience in wealth management products including investments, insurance, structured products, FX, and deposits.
• Strong business development, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Diploma or Degree holder.
