Job Summary
Drive business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies in the cleaning industry. Collaborate with senior management to enhance competitive positioning and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline targeting corporate clients
- Source and develop client referrals to expand business opportunities
- Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate service value
- Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and implement sales action plans and conduct direct marketing activities to increase market reach
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients to secure business and maintain relationships
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports to track progress and compliance
- Follow up on sales activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications and customer satisfaction
- Perform quality checks on service delivery to uphold service standards and strengthen client relationships
- Monitor and report sales activities to management for informed decision-making
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through effective sales presentations and ongoing engagement
- Create prospect lists and secure Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to generate new business leads
- Oversee and support existing clients to maintain strong sales support and client retention
- Comply with monthly reporting requirements via Sales-Force to track leads and opportunities
- Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Administer ad-hoc business development projects as assigned to support growth initiatives
- Identify and develop a pipeline of potential clients focusing on inbound and outbound business solutions
- Understand client needs and promote corporate services and solutions to meet those needs
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies
- Stay informed on market trends and industry landscape by developing networks and attending events
- Provide feedback to senior management to enhance the firm’s competitive edge
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales execution
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- At least 5-8 years of sales experience in the cleaning industry
- Knowledge of accounting and tax principles relevant to sales and business development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong business acumen demonstrated by converting networks into business opportunities
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
