About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead regional growth initiatives and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across regional markets.
This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing new markets and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute market entry strategies to expand into new territories and strengthen regional presence.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-growth sectors and new opportunities.
· Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
· Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel collaborations.
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard channel partners and distributors to expand market coverage.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
· Drive cohesive brand positioning across corporate reputation, commercial engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for management decision-making.
· Monitor and analyze KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and market performance.
· Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to enhance competitive positioning.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development (candidates with more than 5 years may be considered for a Senior position).
· Experience in IT industry or related technology sectors is preferred.
· Regional business development exposure within ASEAN markets will be an added advantage.
· Strong negotiation, networking, and partnership-building skills.
· Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or lead initiatives effectively.
· Willing to travel regionally when required.
· Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous (but not mandatory).
