Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Singapore headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage family offices, EAMs, MFOs, and UHNW principals globally to generate new client opportunities.
• Convert initial conversations into product demos, demos into pilot projects, and pilots into long-term client relationships.
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from the first meeting through to contract signing, maintaining your own pipeline and reporting directly to the CEO.
• Educate prospects on how data aggregation addresses challenges such as fragmented reporting, manual reconciliation, and lack of portfolio-level visibility, positioning our platform as essential infrastructure for modern family offices, EAMs, and MFOs.
• Expand market presence by deepening relationships in existing regions including Singapore, Hong Kong, ASEAN, the Middle East, and Europe, while identifying and opening new markets supported by strong client references and a growing global reputation.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into your workflow for prospect research, client intelligence, and market analysis, leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities and providing feedback to help develop next-generation AI-driven sales tools.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Fintech.
  
• Established network within the wealth management ecosystem (e.g. EAMs, Trustees, or Wealth Advisors) would be advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and strong curiosity about AI’s impact on finance.

Compensation

• Base Salary: S$96,000 - S$108,000 (S$8,000 - 9,000 / month)
• OTE (On-Target Earnings): S$140,000 - S$160,000
