Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.

• Promote the company’s stem cell technologies, products, and research services to potential clients and partners.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

2. Strategic Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, hospitals, and biotech organizations.

• Explore collaboration opportunities for research, licensing, and technology transfer.

• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing collaborations.

3. Market Analysis

• Monitor industry trends in stem cell research, regenerative medicine, and biotechnology.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscape.

• Provide insights to management on market positioning and growth strategies.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams (scientists, regulatory, operations) to ensure successful project execution.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

5. Marketing & Promotion

• Represent the company at industry conferences, scientific meetings, and networking events.

• Support marketing activities such as product launches, seminars, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related field.

• MBA or business-related qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.

• Experience in stem cell research, regenerative medicine, or CRO services is highly preferred.
