Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across the private and public sectors, including government agencies.
• Understand client project requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions — from software developers to PMs and BAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling IT manpower or project-based services.
• Support the implementation of business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations; manage contract discussions with clients.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in business development or account management within the IT outsourcing, staffing, or consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of IT manpower outsourcing, including software development, project management, and business analysis roles.
• Proven experience handling both commercial and public sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
