Job Description
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute new business development strategies across Singapore and APAC
· Identify, prospect and convert new business opportunities into long-term clients
· Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing
· Build and maintain a strong self-generated pipeline of new opportunities
· Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and commercial solutions to prospective clients
· Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across client organisations
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or related discipline
· Strong experience in B2B sales within pharmaceutical and laboratory-related industry
· Proven track record in pure new business development (hunter role)
· Demonstrated ability to consistently generate own pipeline through outbound prospecting
· Strong track record of closing new business in environments with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
· Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in B2B context
· Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
