Responsibilities:

• Provide quotations and handle requests related to motor insurance for clients and partners.
• Collaborate with insurers’ underwriting, processing, service, and support teams to manage quotations, referrals, and appeals.
• Address Salesforce leads and queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare documentation associated with business transactions.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and partners regarding insurance matters.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digital solutions.
• Contribute to business growth and client retention efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A background in General Insurance is advantageous.
• Market knowledge in motor insurance is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
