Business Development Executive

Location: Tampines North

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: SGD $3,000 – $4,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Business Development Manager/Director to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Strengthen client relationships, maintain high customer intimacy, and expand the account base.
• Develop internal account strategies to identify growth opportunities for key clients.
• Manage projects and collaborate with technical/operations teams to ensure service and supply satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in business development, preferably in the chemical/manufacturing industry.
• License: Valid Class 3 driving license with 2+ years of driving experience.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in an aromatic environment (e.g., chemical odors).

Attributes:

• Creative problem-solving and deadline-driven.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (rapport-building, negotiation, closing).
• Team player with multitasking and time-management abilities.
