About the Role

We are seeking a driven and disciplined junior professional who is keen to learn how professional services are sold properly—through credibility, structure, and long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is hungry to learn, willing to work hard, and serious about building long-term career capital. You will be trained directly by senior team members and exposed to real client engagements across accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and compliance services.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is a structured apprenticeship into business development within a professional services firm. You will be taught by a senior members of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Support senior team members in client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify leads by understanding clients’ business needs and regulatory context
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipelines

Learning & Exposure

  • Learn the art of selling, and physiology of professional buyers
  • Learn fundamentals of accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and corporate secretarial services
  • Understand how professional services are scoped, priced, and delivered
  • Sit in on meetings with founders, CFOs, and legal counsels
  • Gain exposure to regional structures (Singapore and offshore jurisdictions)

Process & Coordination

  • Assist with preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and onboarding documents
  • Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Follow structured sales processes and internal guidelines

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or related fields
  • Prior exposure to client-facing, coordination, or commercial roles is an advantage
