We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for an education publications and services company!

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through business development and strategic account planning

• Manage sales, marketing, and distribution across retail, schools, institutions, government agencies, and e-commerce platforms

• Plan and run campaigns, events, and roadshows, including logistics and post-event evaluation

• Build new partnerships and identify growth opportunities to expand revenue and market share

• Present product value propositions, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales

• Coordinate order planning and work with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

• Forecast demand and support print planning based on market trends

• Build and maintain strong client relationships locally and internationally

• Handle quotations, feedback, and issue resolution, with consistent after-sales support

• Track performance, prepare reports, and share market insights to guide strategy

• Coordinate with Sales Admin, Editorial, Production, and Finance to support operational efficiency

• Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Strong knowledge of the publishing industry, including distribution channels and market trends

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Work Details

• Location: NORTH EAST

• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Salary: $3,500 to $4,500 per month
