Job Description:

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote IT and BPO services to decision-makers.
• Build strong client relationships and close deals.
• Drive sales and earn commission based on performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; IT or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s SME market is a plus.

Minimum Qualification:

• GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma (Degree preferred)

Employment Type:

• Commission-Based / Freelance / Contract

Compensation & Benefits:

• 100% commission-based – unlimited earning potential.
