Our client is one of the leading providers of apparel manufacturing and rental solutions for parties and corporate entertainment events across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new business leads through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while understanding their needs and providing suitable proposals.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, contracts, and business pitches to support sales efforts.
• Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and support business growth strategies.
• Meet sales targets, maintain reports on leads and performance, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
