Training Solutions | WSQ & Non-WSQ Programmes

If you live for closing deals, enjoy talking to decision-makers, and know how to sell B2B solutions, this role is for you.

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to aggressively grow our corporate client base for WSQ and non-WSQ training programmes. You will be expected to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunt for new corporate clients through outbound calls, emails, meetings, and referrals
• Engage HR, L&D teams, and business owners to uncover training needs
• Pitch WSQ and non-WSQ training solutions confidently and commercially
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Build a strong and active sales pipeline
• Follow up relentlessly until deals are closed
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

This Role Is For You If You:

• Have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Are comfortable doing outbound sales and cold outreach
• Can hold confident conversations with decision-makers
• Are target-driven and motivated by performance and commissions
• Know how to push deals forward and handle objections
• Prefer autonomy and accountability over hand-holding

Bonus Points If You:

• Have sold training, education, HR, or professional services before
• Are familiar with WSQ or SkillsFuture funding (not required, training provided)
• Have an existing corporate network
