About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships and developing tailored solutions to meet their recruitment and manpower needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through effective networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, understanding their Cleaning and Manpower challenges and providing innovative, value-driven solutions
• Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Commercial, Hospitality, Cleaning Services industry or any other dedicated industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the confidence in handling objections and securing new business
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
