Job Description
Since 1983, we have manufactured and supplied high-quality hotel guest room amenities and accessories, including F&B service accessories and other hospitality-related products, to high-end hotels, restaurants, and airlines.
We also represent several leading quality brands in the hospitality industry and have grown into a global brand supporting consistent concepts across multiple countries.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team.
You will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new commercial opportunities, managing client accounts, and supporting long-term partnerships within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and other hospitality-related businesses.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Pipeline and Opportunity Management: Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to commercial negotiation and contract finalisation.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the Singapore hospitality market.
- Commercial Proposals: Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations aligned with client requirements and commercial objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and consistent service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 2 to 3 years of relevant B2B experience is an advantage, preferably in hospitality supplies, hospitality services, or FMCG.
- Proactive, Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and results oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage where required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or suppliers.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)
- Location: near Macpherson MRT
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission or performance incentive structure.
