Job scope:

1. Business Development & Customer Relationship Management

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Gather market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

2. Sales Administration & Account Management

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for customers.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to secure business opportunities.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment.

• Monitor customer accounts and assist in payment follow-ups when necessary.

• Provide responsive after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Customer Service & Project Coordination

• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales and activity reports.

4. Market Development

• Explore new markets, industries, and sales channels to expand the customer base.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

5. Travel Requirements

• Conduct regular local customer visits and business meetings.

• Be willing to travel overseas when required for business development activities, customer visits, exhibitions, project discussions, and relationship-building initiatives.

Requirement(s):

• Valid Class 3 License (company vehicle provided for client visits)
