Business Development Executive (F&B Brand Expansion)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand franchise and partnership opportunities for the company’s F&B brands in Singapore.
• Identify and approach potential investors, franchisees, and business partners.
• Introduce the company’s business model, brand advantages, and operational support to clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and contract signing processes.
• Conduct market research on Singapore’s F&B industry and competitor brands.
• Assist in planning marketing and expansion strategies for brand growth.
• Coordinate with operation teams for outlet onboarding and setup support.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities.
• Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in F&B, franchise development, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore market trends and business environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media communication tools.
