Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Sales Management
- Drive the full sales cycle from planning to case closure, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand clientele and business partner networks.
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose viable revenue streams.
- Support conflict resolution and service recovery when required.
2. Partnership & Network Development
- Recruit, develop, and manage business partners to expand the external company's network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen retention and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally in all B2B and B2C engagements.
- Negotiate tactfully with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clientele, partners, and the company.
3. Marketing & Brand Support
- Champion marketing initiatives and campaigns alongside team members to enhance company visibility and patient engagement.
- Collaborate with the team on promotional activities, events, and outreach programs.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with company values, branding, and business development objectives.
- Support management in business development and branding projects as required.
4. Strategic Planning &Market Intelligence
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments (local and international).
- Align business strategies with company direction and obtain necessary approvals prior to case onboarding.
- Map company strengths to patient needs to enhance value proposition and competitiveness.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to Management to improve deal conversion and service standards.
4. Leadership & Team Management
- Develop weekly work plans (Sales Accelerated Program, SAP) to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Coach and motivate Business Development team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture aligned with company core values.
5. Professional Conduct
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, empathy, and credibility in all interactions.
- Uphold and practice the company’s RESPECT core values at all times.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree
2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales is required
3. Required language(s): English and Chinese Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and associates
4. A good team player, meticulous, organized and ability to adapt to company’s culture
5. Preferably relevant experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance with a strong interest in the local and regional healthcare industry
6. The company is looking for an independent individual with initiative and willing to do what it takes to complete assigned tasks.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills(written & verbal) in listening, understanding and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
8. Adaptable, resilient, ability to multi-task and to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
9. Resourceful, pro-active and analytical, with an eye for detail
10. Someone who enjoys learning and is willing to take on new challenges.
Additional Information
Basic Salary: $3000 and above + additional monetary incentive will be rewarded for sales target achievements
13th Month AWS and Variable Bonus: rewarded to employees with outstanding performance
Year of Experience: 2 years of work experience in sales/ insurance/ healthcare related industry
