Job Summary / Purpose

The Business Development Executive will focus on developing and acquiring new clients and business opportunities, particularly in overseas markets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with stakeholders to enhance market presence

• Management Support: Provide analysis to support management in evaluating new business opportunities

• Creative Thinking: Capacity to think outside the box to solve problems and identify opportunities

• Increase revenue and profitability of the company with new client acquisition
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Must have prior experience in metal packaging industry in Easy Open Ends / Peel Off Ends

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills for evaluating business opportunities and market trends

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies based on market feedback and organizational needs
