Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and outbound prospecting.

• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable digital growth solutions, including customer loyalty, digital marketing, and website services.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with internal Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.

• Experience selling digital solutions, SaaS, software, payment solutions, POS systems, CRM, or marketing services will be an advantage.

• Candidates from digital marketing agencies or technology solution providers are highly encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
