Business Development Executive | Lighting Solutions

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + Commission
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Drive sales and marketing activities, including business development, customer engagement, and promotion of lighting products.

• Collaborate with lighting consultants, architects, and designers to prepare specifications and deliver product presentations.

• Handle sales enquiries, conduct site visits, prepare quotations/tenders, and follow up with clients.

• Provide solutions to customer needs, ensuring proper product understanding and resolving usage issues.

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and monitoring progress.

• Deliver after-sales support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Marketing or Business
• At least 2 years of sales experience in local construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Knowledge in lightning is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
