Job Responsibilities:

To drive the adoption of our DfMA capabilities (e.g., Prefab MEP, PPVC, or Modular Facades) by educating developers, consultants, and main contractors on the value of off-site construction. The primary goal is to secure high-value projects by demonstrating how our DfMA solutions meet BCA Productivity Requirements and reduce on-site manpower.

Business Development

• Proactively identify and engage key stakeholders (Developers, Architects, and MainContractors) for upcoming Government Land Sales (GLS) projects where DfMA is mandated.
• Liaise with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore (STAS) to ensure regulatory compliance.

Technical Value Selling

• Translate complex DfMA technicalities into business benefits, focusing on Time Savings, Quality Control, and Manpower Reduction.

Tender Strategy

• Collaborate with the pre-construction/BIM team to prepare competitive tender proposals thathighlight Buildability and Constructability scores.

Content Marketing

• Develop case studies and technical assets showcasing successful project deliveries and our factory’s MAS (Manufacturer Accreditation Scheme) status.

Networking

• Represent the company at industry events hosted by SCAL (Singapore Contractors Association) or REDAS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, or Marketing
• 2–5 years of proven experience in construction sales, prefabricated manufacturing, or technical marketing within the built environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) framework and how BIM (Building Information Modelling) integrates with DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) processes.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Well-versed in Singapore’s Building Control Act and specific DfMA mandates for various building typologies.
