We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business DevelopmentExecutive to help drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and skilled at building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Generate leads through networking, market research, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Track and report on opportunities, and performance metrics
• Track the progress of cases to ensure timely follow-ups and completion of required actions
• Manage and maintain accurate records of client cases and related documentation

• Prepare, organize, and file paperwork in compliance with internal processes and confidentiality standards
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• At least 1 years of work experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles added advantage
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
