The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Business Development Director to spearhead our expansion and strengthen our corporate presence in the Vietnamese healthcare market.

As part of the 365Asia network—a leader in regional healthcare discovery, professional medical training, and digital media—you will represent our corporate arm, ehub365. You will be the primary architect for our partnerships with Vietnamese hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and medical professionals, bridging the gap between clinical innovation and regional patient accessibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Market Expansion: Lead the end-to-end business development strategy for Vietnam, positioning our network as the premier partner for medical authority, digital reputation management, and patient acquisition.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including private hospital groups, specialist clinics, and MedTech distributors.

  • B2B Solutions Delivery: Drive the adoption of our core solutions—including Disease State Education (DSE) campaigns, professional medical training programs, and corporate wellness initiatives—to local healthcare providers.

  • Market Intelligence: Act as our "boots on the ground" to understand the unique regulatory, cultural, and competitive landscape of the Vietnamese healthcare sector, providing feedback to our regional headquarters to refine our service offerings.

  • Network Growth: Oversee the visibility and growth of our local platforms (including 365MEC), ensuring our content and medical directory services are the "go-to" resources for professionals and patients alike.

Who You Are

  • A Seasoned Connector: You have 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally within the healthcare, pharma, or digital media industries in Southeast Asia.

  • Bilingual Advantage: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (professional proficiency) to navigate complex negotiations and build authentic trust with local stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinker: You understand the intersection of healthcare and digital media. You aren't just selling a service; you are selling a vision of a more connected, transparent, and accessible regional healthcare ecosystem.

  • Results-Oriented: You have a track record of meeting ambitious targets and are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, regional environment.

  • Cultural Competency: You appreciate the nuances of the Vietnam medical landscape and have the ability to adapt global healthcare standards to the local market context.
