Event Sales & Client Acquisition

Own the full event sales cycle — from lead generation, inquiry handling, pitching, negotiation, and closing to post-event follow-up.
Proactively source and secure corporate events, private celebrations, brand collaborations, and workshops to consistently meet and exceed booking targets.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue flow.

Event Planning & Execution

Coordinate and execute events at The Canvas from concept to completion, ensuring smooth operations, strong client satisfaction, and commercial viability.
Manage budgets, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to deliver profitable and high-quality experiences.

Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Collaborations

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, and community partners to unlock cross-promotional opportunities and revenue-generating collaborations.
Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that enhance brand positioning while driving measurable sales results.

Performance Tracking & Commercial Reporting

Monitor sales performance, booking conversion rates, event profitability, and partnership outcomes.
Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to optimise revenue and improve sales efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with operations, florists, and retail teams to ensure alignment between sales targets, operational capacity, and event execution quality.
