Job Description

Job Summary 

We are hiring a Business Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Project Department on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in both administrative coordination and business operations support.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting internal stakeholders, and driving efficiency across administrative and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

Secreterial & Administrative Support 

  • Manage schedule, calendar and meeting coordination 
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics 
  • Handle visitor management and departmental coordination 
  • Provide full administrative support to the team 

Business Operations Support 

  • Support service agreements, billing and payment processes
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and set up
  • Manage internal applications and documentation workflow 
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal processes

Group Companies Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support across group entities 
  • Liaise with stakeholders for cross-company coordination
  • Assist in handling intercompany documentation and requests 

Job Requirements

  • Good organisational and multitasking skills 
  • Communication and stakeholder management abilities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Information:
