Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Finance products and processes, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Open Account Trade transactions.
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Support requirement workshops, gap analysis, process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in the implementation and support of Trade Finance systems, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Analyze trade transaction workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Prepare business documentation, test cases, user guides, and project status reports while providing ongoing support during system releases and production deployments.
