Job Summary

EU Holidays is seeking a Business Analyst to support the company's digital transformation initiatives by bridging business needs with technology solutions.

The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to analyze business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions across the organization.

The role will be heavily involved in ERP, CRM, AI, automation, customer experience, and business process transformation projects. We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Content Executive who is passionate about social media, content creation, and video storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms while supporting livestream and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Engage stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Management to understand business requirements and challenges.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams and vendors.

Digital Transformation Projects

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of business systems including:
  1. Tour Management System (TMS)
  2. CRM & Loyalty Platforms
  3. Membership Systems
  4. AI and Automation Solutions
  5. Online Booking Platforms
  6. Internal Workflow Systems
  • Participate in project planning, sprint reviews, and project meetings.
  • Assist in solution design discussions and ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions.
  • Track project progress and assist in issue resolution.

Testing & User Acceptance

  • Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Validate system functionality against business requirements.
  • Work with vendors and developers to resolve defects and enhancement requests.
  • Facilitate deployment readiness and business sign-off processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze operational, sales, and customer data to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Support dashboard development and reporting initiatives.
  • Assist in defining business KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Provide insights to improve business performance and decision-making.

Change Management & Training

  • Support system adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare user guides, SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
  • Monitor enhancement requests and project deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with agreed business objectives.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Coordination, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
  • Experience of participating in ERP, CRM, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Familiarity with:

  • Business process mapping
  • ERP and CRM systems
  • Microsoft 365 applications
  • Reporting and dashboard tools
  • AI and automation technologies
  • Agile project methodologies
  • Data analysis and reporting
