•Proven experience as an BA in Corporate Internet Banking or Payments domain

•Strong knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, FAST, etc.)

•Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders

•Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver banking solutions

•Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

•Participate in solution design for corporate banking and payments platforms

•Support UAT, SIT, and production rollout activities

•Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

•Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
