Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support system enhancements, project delivery, and ongoing system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for system improvements
- Work with stakeholders to understand processes and identify solutions
- Translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams
- Support project delivery, including planning and coordination
- Assist in testing activities, including UAT and issue tracking
- Provide support for live systems and resolve user queries
- Maintain documentation, process flows, and user guides
- Support training and onboarding for users
- Coordinate with stakeholders to improve processes and system performance
