Job Description
Easy Hire is a Singapore-based employment agency specialising in the placement and management of Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs). We focus on ethical placements, clear communication, and long-term success for both employers and helpers.
We are looking for a Burmese-speaking Client Care & Helper Training Executive to support helper communication, conduct training, and manage employer-helper relationships.
This is a key operational role with significant responsibility and impact on service quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Helper Communication & Support
Serve as the main Burmese-speaking point of contact for helpers.
Handle communication via WhatsApp, voice calls, and messages.
Provide guidance and support to helpers on work expectations, adjustment issues, and general concerns.
Maintain professional boundaries and documentation of cases.
2. Employer Mediation & Translation
Translate accurately between English and Burmese.
Support communication between employers and helpers.
Facilitate discussions to clarify expectations and resolve misunderstandings.
Escalate complex cases to management when necessary.
3. Pre-screening & Matching Support
Conduct interviews with helpers in Burmese.
Assess communication ability, learning attitude, and work readiness.
Provide inputs to the agency on suitability and potential risks.
Support the matching process based on employer requirements.
4. Helper Training & Orientation
Conduct practical household training sessions when required.
Guide helpers on:
Housework standards
Basic cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing
Singapore household expectations
Workplace conduct and communication
Support orientation on safety, professionalism, and adaptability.
5. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Understand and follow MOM regulations, agency processes, and employment contracts.
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Represent Easy Hire professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
Proficiency in Burmese and English (spoken and written).
Singaporean or PR.
Willing to travel when required.
Comfortable with flexible working hours and on-call arrangements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
