• Oversee cargo operations and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Safeguard product quality and quantity throughout the cargo handling process.
• Ensure cargo loading, bunker delivery, blending operations, and overall delivery adhere to company procedures and SS648:2024 regulations.
• Implement custody control procedures for onboard cargo storage and movements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of inventory, stock movements, and daily reports.
• Promptly report customer complaints or disputes to the Operations Manager and assist in investigations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Certification in Basic & Advanced Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48).
• Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS648:2024).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Bunker Clerk or Cargo Officer on bunker tankers.
