Job Description

About the Role:

  • Manage soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control) and ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and safety requirements.

  • Liaise with contractors, maintain good working relationships, and ensure service providers meet SLAs and KPIs.

  • Conduct inspections, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely closure of work orders in FMMS.

  • Oversee daily operations, schedule maintenance activities, and prepare required reports.

  • Supervise cleaning, landscape, and pest control works and ensure high service quality.

  • Handle PTW processing and support building-related tasks when needed.

  • Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Minimally a Diploma in Facilities Management or any related discipline.

  • Experience in coordinating soft services (cleaning, landscaping, pest control).

  • Ability to supervise contractors and ensure service standards are met.

  • Able to conduct site inspections and follow up on issues promptly.

  • Familiar with work order systems and basic PTW processes.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

  • Independent, responsible, and able to support ad‑hoc building tasks when required.
