Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing building projects by planning and ensuring work is executed according to the master program. Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site coordination issues, contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project activities to align with the master schedule, ensuring timely completion of project milestones
• Collaborate with consultants to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues that affect project progress and quality outcomes
• Coordinate with subcontractors on site to address operational challenges and integrate workflows for seamless project execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the project team to maintain continuous and efficient project delivery
• Support the Project Manager by managing project workflows and facilitating clear, effective communication among all stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in building projects
