Job Description:

• Prepare and bake bread, buns, pastries, and other bakery products.
• Measure, mix, knead, shape, and proof dough according to recipes.
• Operate ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment.
• Monitor baking time and temperature to ensure consistent product quality.
• Check the freshness, appearance, texture, and taste of finished products.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain sufficient stock for daily production.
• Follow production schedules and complete orders on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment, and work areas.
• Comply with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company standards.
• Assist with developing new bakery products when required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant bakery experience.
• Knowledge of bread-making, dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Able to work early mornings, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to product quality.
