Job Summary

Support digital marketing campaigns and daily operations at the columbarium, ensuring smooth visitor experiences and delivering warm, personalized ceremonial services aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, EDM, and paid media channels to meet campaign goals
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Set up and deploy campaign materials on various digital platforms for effective outreach
• Update website content including banners, landing pages, course highlights, and promotional information to maintain accuracy and relevance
• Create and send EDMs/newsletters for campaigns and announcements to engage target audiences
• Monitor and ensure content accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives on digital platforms
• Track and report key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions to evaluate campaign success
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for content and campaign improvements
• Oversee daily operational requirements to ensure a smooth experience for visitors and agent partners
• Maintain premises to meet operational requirements and standards for a safe and welcoming environment
• Provide ceremonial services to columbarium users in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner following service protocols
• Apply good product knowledge to recommend suitable options to visitors sensitively and personally
• Follow up and resolve customer service issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience
• Maintain a high level of frontline service professionalism and teamwork under pressure

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness to work a 5-day week including weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis
