Coordinating and managing the team for Claim Verification and Disbursement

Be Part of Our Success

· Overseeing all end-to-end operations as well as conduct training for new team members.

· Improve processes and systems to strengthen grant governance and enhance operational efficiency

· On a daily basis, lead the team to perform Post Application Check (PAC) list which includes all newly approved applications/assessments and/or existing applications/assessments that are pending amendments.

· On a monthly basis, lead the team to perform Disbursement List (DL) check which includes all beneficiaries/assessors who are eligible to receive monthly payouts. Perform a second independent check on the DL to verify eligibility checks are conducted accurately and payment months are computed correctly.

Qualities We Value

· Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant Audit, Accounting, Finance or Business experience

· At least 5 years of experience in team management with at least 2 years of managerial experience.

· Experience in public sector grants and claims processing would be an advantage;

· A strong team player with good supervisory, people management and communications skills; and

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and high level of integrity to serve the stakeholders.
