Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Boxing Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boxing gym. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, enjoys building a strong community, and can effectively manage staff, members, and gym operations to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym
• Manage class schedules, coach rosters, and front desk operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
• Drive membership growth, retention, and community engagement initiatives
• Plan and execute gym events, competitions, and member activities
• Supervise and support coaches and part-time staff
• Monitor gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and facility standards
• Manage inventory, stock orders, and operational expenses
• Handle member enquiries, feedback, and issue resolution
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, or operations management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic administrative tasks
• Passion for fitness, boxing, and community building is a plus
