Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of business objectives
• Maintain high standards in retail operations, customer service, team management, and sales planning.
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and take responsibility for their implementation.
• Manage store budget by monitoring sales performance, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and business goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement, drive sales growth, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years management experience in luxury retail
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Problem solver and go-getter
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
