What you'll be doing

• Assist in carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of medical equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Perform basic first-line troubleshooting and simple repairs of medical equipment
• Support commissioning, testing, and inspection of new or loan equipment together with vendors
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and update records in the maintenance database
• Ensure all service records and documentation are accurately filed and tracked
• Support the department in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

What we're looking for

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical or medical equipment is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and organisational skills
