Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Modeller (Electrical) on a 6-month contract to support BIM modelling and coordination for Electrical works for the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update BIM models for Electrical services using Revit
• Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts
• Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models
• Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil)
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements
• Update models based on design changes and site conditions
• Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of BIM modelling experience for Electrical services
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to work at Tuas area. Transportation provided from designation MRT station to site office
