Contract basis: 1 year

Responsibilities:

ERP model & ZDS model:

• To review the existing BIM model.
• To update the cable ladder/tray & fitting sizes according to submitted catalogue.
• To add Cable containment supports.
• To attend the coordination meeting regarding for clashes.
• To clear the clashes.
• To prepare 2D drawings for submissions.
• To prepare Cable containment support installation details.

KSBE model:

• To review the existing model.
• To edit the support types according to submitted catalogues.
• To edit the support types as per site installation.
• To attend the coordination meeting regarding for the clashes.

Across All BIM Models (e.g., Weighbridge, Waste Cranes, IBA Cranes, Service Cranes, Tipping Container, CVCS, ERP, ZDS, KSBE):

• To generate working drawings from BIM model e.g. section drawings, enlarge drawings, etc.
• To prepare Red Line Markup drawings.
• To prepare the drawings as per site requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in M&E Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of BIM model (MEP) design, visualization, documentation, coordination especially for commercial, industrial building and LTA MRT and Tunnel projects.
• Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM software Revit and Navisworks Management
• Task oriented, able to deliver work under tight deadlines.
