Location: Choa Chu Kang

Salary: Up to $4500(Basic) + Allowance + VB

Working Hours: 5.5 Days a Week

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Satruday (8am - 12pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models for construction, documentation, and fabrication
• Generate drawings and documentation based on BIM models
• Check and highlight design discrepancies to the BIM Coordinator
• Produce and verify construction and as-built drawings
• Coordinate and liaise with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural, Civil & Structural, or M&E Engineering
• Min 1 year exp in BIM Modelling (C&S, Architectural or M&E projects)
• Proficient in Revit and Navisworks
